Are you interested in saving yourself even more money? M&T Investment Builders has a program called Set and Weather.

Simply put, it allows you, the customer, to coordinate and complete all the site work yourself.  You would act as general contractor and be responsible for the scheduling of subcontractors and of overseeing their work to completion. If needed we're happy to provide names and phone numbers of our trusted subcontractors.

M&T Investment Builders then will 'Set' your home on your finished foundation and 'Weather' it in, protecting it from adverse environmental conditions.
